I called this company this morning about getting someone to come out and their schedule was booked. Less than one hour later Lisa and the nicest most knowledgable guy stopped by because they were already working with another business in the building. We explained the problem and he took a look and even though he didn't have time to provide a solution he spent several minutes informing us of the steps we could take personally to get a solution. Before they left I offered to pay them for a service call but they denied it and gave me their card to check out the website. If all their employees are like this, the world needs more companies like this! ITVantix is a great company. Thanks Lisa and the guy, I hate I can't remember his name!
