SUMMARY:
In this role, the Project Manager’s primary responsibilities are for planning, executing and finalizing solutions related to new
and existing products, services or implementations for new or existing COMPANY clients. The Project Manager defines
milestones for each project, coordinates efforts between Operations and Service Teams, in order to effectively and efficiently
deliver projects according to plan. This position works directly with decision makers and advisors for the client, while
defending the COMPANY’s overall expectations for efficiency in the delivery of all projects and services, ultimately leading to
enhanced client satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and manage the plan for implementing, moving and finish installation of technology solutions to the final client
hand-off. - Assemble and coordinate the internal and external teams to gain consensus on deliverables from each team.
- Collaboratively adapt existing and develop new project plans, processes and communication standards for the
operations teams. - Manage the formulation and ongoing tracking of each project, for weekly, monthly and quarterly performance
monitoring. - Assist with the development of reports, and the loading and configuration of demonstration data and systems.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
- Own the communication and execution of solution hand-over to the designated team members, at each phase of the
project and at dedicated milestones. - Maintains organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for
implementing information technologies. - Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation and presentations to Supervising Management.
- Maintains exceedingly high level of quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures;
analyzing variances; initiating corrective action. - Test, Review and Recommend changes within the Project Management environment to the Network Operations
Manager and Sales Manager, without exclusion. - Demonstrate strong understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in developing Departmental Operating
Procedures (DOP’s) for COMPANY business continuity planning. - Proactively and continually contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient Use of Project Management Ticketing Tool (i.e. HaloPSA, ConnectWise or AutoTask)
- Interpersonal skills, such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer-care
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proficient Use of Microsoft Visio and CAD Software (for building schematics and plans for implementation.)
- Operating Proficiency with Commercial Computing Hardware, with a Level II/Tier II Technician Aptitude
- A Minimum of 2-4 Years within a Management-Role, overseeing a Team towards Goal Achievement

WORK ENVIRONMENT EXPECTATIONS:
Work in this environment is considered medium physical work requiring the exertion of up to forty (40) pounds of force
occasionally and up to thirty (30) pounds of force frequently, and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Must be able to:
- Walk, lift, reach, stoop, sit, squat, bend, stand, grasp, balance, climb, kneel, crouch and type for extended periods of
